摘要
中国铁路95306网、接取送达等铁路物流信息平台目前已经实现了需求提报、在途查询等功能,但还无法满足物流供需信息交易撮合业务需求。借鉴国内外车货平台企业成功发展经验,设计铁路物流车货匹配平台的功能模块和逻辑架构。结合铁路物流业务发展需要,提出近期建成面向铁路货源的接取送达找车平台,中期建成面向社会货源的车货匹配交易平台,远期建成向物流金融、商贸延伸的车货匹配平台建设思路。依托铁路物流车货匹配平台,吸引零散货源向铁路集聚,可以有效提升铁路物流综合服务质量,加快推动铁路由运输生产型向经营效益型转型。
In spite of the functions of business requirement submission and en-route positioning query, the existing railway logistics information platforms are still unable to match shippers and carriers including the websites of 95306 and Receiving and Delivering. This paper proposes the function modules and logic structure of railway logistics matching platforms by learning from successful logistics platforms abroad. Based on the railway logistics development, this paper also proposes a three-step design of a railway logistics matching platform: in short term, a receivingdelivering-calling-for-carrier platform will be established only for the railway clients; in middle term, a shipper-carrier matching and trading platform will be established for all clients; in long term, a shippercarrier matching platform will be established covering more industries: logistics, finance, commerce and trade. The proposed railway logistics matching platform is expected to attract sporadic clients to turn to railway services and effectively improve railway logistics services, aiming at accelerating railway companies' transition in their operation model from production-oriented to service-oriented.
