杨凌示范区海绵城市规划建设思路

Sponge City Construction Plan of Yangling Demonstration Zone

近年来杨凌示范区快速规模化建设,城市硬化面积不断增加,形成峰值较高的降雨径流,城市内涝问题尤为突出,现状排水设施已无法满足要求。基于上述问题,杨凌示范区以海绵城市理念为指导,坚持因地制宜的原则,建立海绵城市建设目标体系,制定出"三个转变"的规划建设新思路,并提出"渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排"的设计治理技术,为我国其他城市建设提供一定的参考借鉴作用。

With the rapid and scaled development in Yangling Demonstration Zone in recent years,the hardening area increases and high peak rainfall runoff is formed,and the waterlogging problem becomes especially prominent.The existing drainage facility cannot meet the drainage requirements.To solve the preceding problems,a sponge city construction objective system is formed on the sponge city planning system according to forming a new planning and construction idea of three transformations,and providing the rainwater control solution of＂infiltration,stagnation,accumulation,purification,use,and drainage＂.This solution provides references for urban construction in other cities in China.
