Research on the Education of Grass-roots Party Cadres' Honest and Clean Government

十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央领导集体对腐败保持高压态势,"老虎""苍蝇"一起打,在建设高效廉洁政府的道路上取得了显著的成效。但是,不可否认,新形势下一些基层党员干部腐败现象仍是让人触目惊心,基层腐败发生在群众身边,不仅败坏了社会风气,而且破坏了社会的和谐稳定。廉政教育在预防腐败中起着基础性和先导性作用,本文旨在探讨基层党员干部廉政教育存在的主要问题,并对基层党员干部廉政教育的有效途径进行探索,以期从源头上预防基层党员干部腐败现象的发生。

Since the 18th National Party Congress,the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has maintained a high pressure on corruption,and ＂the Tigers＂ and ＂the Flies＂ should be defeated together,and has achieved remarkable results in building an efficient and clean government.However,it is undeniable that the corruption of some grass-roots party members and cadres under the new situation is still shocking.Grass-roots corruption occurs around the masses,which not only spoils the social atmosphere,but also undermines the harmony and stability of society.Anti-corruption education plays a basic and leading role in the prevention of corruption.The main problems existing in the clean government education of grass-roots party members and cadres are discussed,and effective ways for grass-roots party members and cadres to conduct clean and honest education are explored in order to prevent the occurrence of corruption among grass-roots party members and officials from the source.
