涉农类高职院校学生社团特色建设研究——以杨凌职业技术学院为例

A Study on the Characteristic Construction of Students' Associations in Agriculture-related Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Yangling Vocational & Technical College

近年来,随着涉农类高等职业院校的迅猛发展,其学生社团作为学校培养学生专业技能、实现"立德树人"的重要途径,在人才的培养、高等职业教育的发展等方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。笔者通过问卷调查、走访学生、数据统计与归类等方法,总结出涉农类高职院校学生社团建设过程中主要存在社团特色不鲜明、活动层次低、社团管理机制不健全和经费不足等问题。针对这些问题,主要从学生社团组织管理、特色建设、人才队伍建设、学校扶持力度等多个维度提出社团建设方案,为推动学生社团发展、进一步丰富校园文化提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges in recent years,as an important part of cultivating talents and their skills,the students＇ associations play an indispensible role in cultivating talents and developing higher vocational education.With the methods of questionnaire,interviewing,data statistics and classification,the author summarizes such problems as lack of characteristic,low in level,organizationally imperfect and lack of funds in the construction of students＇ associations in agriculture-related higher vocational colleges.With regard to the problems,the author proposes that countermeasures should be carried out to advance the development of students＇ associations and enrich college life further,involving organizing and managing of the associations,characteristic construction,cultivating of talents and favorable policies from the college.
