三位一体治疗仪在脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中的疗效观察

Clinical analysis of the therapeutic effect of the treatment of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia with the trinity therapeutic instrument

目的探讨三位一体治疗仪在脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中的临床效果。方法纳入2013年8月~2016年12月我院进行康复的脑卒中偏瘫患者122例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各61例,对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予三位一体治疗仪治疗,主要方法为针灸、神经肌肉电刺激与推拿治疗,两组都治疗观察1个月。结果康复后,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);康复后观察组的神经功能缺乏评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但与治疗前相比,两组治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05);两组康复后运动与步行功能评分比较均明显高于康复前(P<0.05),康复后观察组与对照组比较,观察组增高明显(P<0.05)。结论三位一体治疗仪在改善脑卒中患者偏瘫状态的康复治疗中能促进神经功能的恢复,改善运动功能,提高患者步行功能,有利于改善预后疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the therapeutic effect of the treatment of cerebral apo- plexy hemiplegia with the trinity therapeutic instrument. Methods From August 2013 to December 2016, 122 patients with stroke rehabilitation in our hospital were selected and equally divided into observation group and control group with 61 cases in each group, accorded to random number table method. The control group was given Conventional rehabilita- tion methods. The observation group was given the trinity therapeutic instrument treatment based on the control group that were the main methods were acupuncture, neuromuscular electrical stimulation and massage therapy. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 93.4 and 82.0%, respectively, and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After rehabilitation, the neural function defect score of observation group and control group were 5.67 ± 2, 41 points and 8.11 ± 2.18 points that were significantly lower than those of before rehabilitation of 12.14 ± 2.46 points and 12.11 ± 3.14 points（P〈 0.05）. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The exercise and walking function scores in the observation group and the control group after rehabilitation were significantly higher than those before rehabilitation （P〈0.05）, while the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of the trinity therapeutic instrument in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke hemiplegia can promote the improvement of nerve function, promote the improvement of sports and walking function, and improve the prognosis.
