脑卒中患者实施医院家庭一体式康复护理的疗效评价

Evaluation of rehabilitation effect of hospitalized family nursing in stroke patients

目的评价脑卒中患者实施医院家庭一体式康复护理的方法和疗效,为提高脑卒中患者康复质量提供借鉴。方法将203例脑卒中住院患者按照出院时间顺序随机分为对照组(101例)和观察组(102例)两组。两组患者均给予常规出院护理,观察组在此基础上开展医院家庭一体式护理,即拟定居家康复方案,定期指导、监督、落实训练方案。统计分析两组患者治疗依从性、Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数、生活质量改善情况评分。结果观察组患者治疗依从性、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数、生活质量改善情况评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院家庭一体式护理模式可提高脑卒中患者治疗依从性,促进患者功能恢复,提升患者日常生活能力,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the method and effect of hospital integrated family nursing for stroke patients and provide references for improving rehabilitation quality of patients with stroke. Methods 203 stroke inpatients were randomly divided into control group （n = 101） and observation group （n = 102）, according to the order of discharge. The two groups of patients were given regular discharge nursing. The observation group on this basis was carried out the hospital family integrated care including home rehabilitation programs, regular guidance, supervision, implementation of training programs. The compliance, Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index, quality of life improvement score were observed. Results The scores of treatment compliance, Fugl-Meyer score, Barthel index and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hospital family integration model can improve the treatment of patients with stroke compliance, promote functional recovery of patients with limbs, improve patients＇ daily living ability and improve patient quality of life.
