摘要
针对塑料异型材挤出模结构随形设计较多、冷却系统设计复杂,整体设计效率低的问题,基于UG软件平台,运用Visual Studio和MFC工具及面向对象编程技术,开发了塑料异型材挤出模数字化系统。通过对型材截面分析,系统搭载了基于智能直通算法以及S形水路算法的3种水路,进行冷却系统设计,综合运用表达式关联以及重用库技术,通过参数化定位加载常用件结构,实践证明,该系统能够有效提高挤出模的设计效率与质量。
The plastic profiled extrusion mould structure and cooling system design was complex, and the overall design efficiency was low. A digital system for plastic profile extrusion mould was developed by using Visual Studio and MFC tools and object-oriented programming technology based on the UG software platform. Through the profile section analysis, the system was equipped with three kinds of waterways based on intelligent straight-through algorithm and S-shaped waterway algorithm, the design of cooling system was carried out. The expression correlation and database reused technology were comprehensive used, the structure of common parts were loaded through the parametric positioning. Practice oroved that it could improve the design efficiency and quality of the mould.
