屏蔽罩模内组装级进模设计

摘要 介绍了手机屏蔽罩的制件结构和成形工艺特点,设计了1副级进模对不同材质、不同料厚、不同料宽的双料带同时冲压成形屏蔽罩的盖子和支架2个零件,阐述了模具结构的主要特点及相关零件结构,采用了弹压接触式和非接触式检测机构对零件进行检测。模具还实现了产品模内自动组装功能,避免了人工组装造成的产品变形和报废,节省了人力物力,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率和产品质量。 The structure and forming characteristic of a mobile phone shielding mask were presented, a progressive die was designed for different materiai, thickness and width of dou- ble sheet, the shield lid and support were formed at the same time. The main characteris- tics of die structure and related parts were elaborated, and the spring contact type and non-contact detection mechanism were adopted. The die also realized the function of auto- matic assembly in die, which avoided the deformation and scrap of parts caused by manu- al assembly. The die structure was stable and reliable, which was maintained easily and met the demand of mass production.
