Design of injection mould for outer cover of automobile glove box

通过分析某车型杂物箱外盖的结构形状,注射模采用热流道+钩形潜伏式浇口的复合浇注系统形式,选用特殊设计的自润滑式活型芯组件实现内部抽芯,选用斜导柱驱动的侧抽芯滑块实现外部抽芯,并配以经优化的冷却系统。经实际生产验证,模具结构合理,工作可靠,塑件成型质量稳定。

Through analyzing the structure and shape of the outer cover of an automobile glove box in detail, the injection mould was used the compound casting system with hot runner＋hook submarine gate. A special design of serf-lubricating movable core was selected to finish internal core-pulling, and an inclined guide pillar was applied to drive side core-pulling slider to realize external core-pulling, and an optimized cooling system was de- signed. After the actual production verification, the mould structure was reasonable, its work was reliable, the plastic parts＇ quality was stable.
