大学学术生产的意义危机及选择

Instrumentalization of Academic Research in the University:A Critique

学术生产的意义表现在对学术发展的再生产价值。然而当前大学的学术生产活动却遭遇了意义危机。在学术生产的实践活动中学术的内涵即为发表论著和做科研项目,而且"论文化""科研项目化""数量化""期刊承认"成为学术生产的目标指向,学术理性与学术实践相互割裂,学术的工具理性遮蔽了学术的价值理性,大学学术外部繁荣的"光环"折射出内在价值的缺失。学术资本能拾回学术的内在价值和学术生产的意义所在,重新让学术找回发展的内在动力。

As a means of knowledge production,academic research is of great significance. Nevertheless,it has now been instrumentalized,as publishing journal articles as many as possible or obtaining research funding as much as possible has become the ultimate purpose of academic research in the university. As the intrinsic value of academic research has been replaced by it instrumental one,academic research is facing a legitimacy crisis,in spite of the large quantity of articles published and enormous amount of funding obtained. Therefore,it is necessary to reestablish the legitimacy of academic research in the university via stressing its intrinsic value and helping the academia regain their intrinsic motivation in academic research.
