摘要
随着工业的发展,可编程序控制器(PLC)已广泛地使用于工业控制领域,由于PLC控制系统常工作在恶劣环境中,如果在PLC控制系统的设计阶段能够进行可靠性设计,那么在工业现场的使用中可靠性会大大提高。因此,有必要分析PLC控制系统可靠性的影响因素及改进措施。
With the development of the industry, the programmable controller (PLC) has been widely used in industrial control field, because the PLC control system often work in harsh environments, if in the design stage to reliability design of PLC control system, so in the use of the industrial site will greatly improve reliability. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors and improvement measures of PLC control system reliability.
