An Analysis of the Socialist Friendly Outlook on the Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

"友善"作为社会主义核心价值观个人层面倡导的价值目标,是在中国特色社会主义条件下对我国公民提出的基本道德规范要求。以习近平同志为核心的党中央,传承中国儒家传统文化的思想精华,借鉴西方优秀的文化成果,并适应时代发展的新要求,以中国特色社会主义核心价值体系为指导,形成了具有中国特色的社会主义友善观。具体包括四个方面的内容:认同接纳的自我友善、文明礼貌的人际友善、团结互助的社会友善、和谐共生的生态友善。新时代中国特色社会主义建设处在新的历史方位,习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出"实施中国健康战略""构建人类命运共同体""铸牢中华民族共同体""建构生命共同体"等新的基本方略,进一步丰富与深化了社会主义友善观的科学内涵,体现了马克思主义实事求是、与时俱进的鲜明的理论品质和突出优势。

Being a personal goal advocated by the core values of socialism, ＂friendliness＂ is the basic moral norms required by our citizens under the conditions of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core inherits the essence of the Confucianist traditional culture, draws on the excellent western cultural achievements and adapts to the new requirements of the development of the times. Under the guidance of the socialist core value system with Chinese characteristics, the Central Party Committee has formed a Chinese--The socialist concept of friendship. Specifically includes four aspects： acceptance of self-friendliness, civilized manners and courtesy, friendship and social solidarity, harmony and ecological harmony. In the new historical position, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward ＂Implementing China＇s Health Strategy,＂ ＂Building a Community of Human Destiny,＂ ＂Casting a Community of Chinese Nation,＂ and ＂Constructing a Community of Life ＂And other new basic strategies to further enrich and deepen the scientific connotation of the socialist concept of friendship and embody the distinctive theoretical quality and prominent advantages of Marxism in seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the times.
