当前,大数据已经成为国家治理的重要战略性资源,是社会保障体系现代化、专业化发展的重要依托,将信息技术运用于制度管理过程有助于解决数据孤岛、数据碎片化等管理难题。江苏省针对社保对象金融资产信息构建的创新型信息共享平台有效回应了信息采集与管理的需求,进一步提升了区域内电子政务及社会治理现代化水平。在未来的发展过程中,应不断探索信息技术与社会保障制度之间的耦合路径,完善电子政务宏微观设计,并实现信息工具的进一步升级。

Nowadays,big data has become an important strategic resource for state governance and an important support for the modernization and specialization of the social security system. Applying information technology to system management helps to solve the management challenges such as data silos and data fragmentation. The innovative information sharing platform for information on financial assets of social security targets in Jiangsu Province effectively responded to the demand for information collection and management and further enhanced the level of modernization of e-government and social governance in the region. In the future development, we should continue to explore the coupling path between information technology and social security system, perfect macro-micro-design of e-government and further upgrade information tools.
