Comprehensive Evaluation of Pharmaceutical Engineering EPC Mode Risk

随着国内工程建设市场的不断成长,EPC工程总包模式逐步的被业主和工程公司所接受.对承包商来说,尽管得到了较高的合同价格,但工程建设风险却大部分的转嫁过来了,所以分析清楚总包项目下的风险因素是很有必要的.从风险管理的角度首先构建了EPC模式下承包商的风险评价指标体系,然后利用熵值法确定权重并进行综合评价,对项目决策者把控整个项目的风险起到一定的积极作用.

With the growing of the domestic construction market,the EPC mode has gradually been accepted by proprietors and engineering companies.For the contractors,the higher contract price means more construction risk,so it＇s necessary to analyze clearly the risk factors when using the EPC mode.First,from the perspective of risk management,this paper builds the contractor risk evaluation index system under EPC mode,and then determines the weight of evaluation by using entropy method.Generally speaking,it＇s useful to control the risk of the whole project.
