摘要
以切削床排屑问题为主题,针对切削床排屑难问题进行讨论研究,采用Solid works设计一种可自动排屑的工作台。工作台设计包括有自动收集铝屑、自动排铝屑和气动回路3个方面。设计采用导圆角三角型平台可以起到自动集屑的作用,三角凹槽中的铝屑依靠气压吹动排屑到切削缝。在切削缝处开凿独特缺口,并依靠切齿片的高速旋转带动铝屑排入腔体。同时正对切齿片方向添加排气口,排除粘贴在切齿片上的铝屑,防止高速旋转再次带动铝屑飞出。
On the subject of chip removal in cutting bed,the chip removal in cutting bed is discussed. Solid works is used to design a worktable with automatic chip removing. The design of the worktable includes: automatic collection of aluminum chip,automatic chip removal and pneumatic loop. The design adopts the triangular platform with rounded corners,which can play the role of automatic chip collection,the aluminum chip depend on the air pressure to blow the chip to the cutting seam. A unique gap is cut at the cutting seam,the aluminum chip is discharged into the cavity by the high-speed rotation of the cutting blade. An exhaust port is added to the positive direction of the cutting blade to eliminate the aluminum chip sticking on the cutting blade,to prevent high-speed rotation to drive aluminum chip fly out again.
