摘要
将弹簧几何形体分解为圆柱、折角和螺旋3种结构特征单元,针对3种结构特征单元提出了一种单元表面离散方法,并在局部坐标系下实现了对特征单元的参数化实体造型。提出了一种基于空间坐标变换的弹簧结构特征单元拼接组合方法,并通过空间坐标变换实现了世界坐标系下弹簧参数化造型。在QT开发环境下,基于OpenGL三维图形库,对弹簧参数化三维实体造型进行了实现。系统实现了对各种复杂弹簧的可视化建模,并能够方便地移植到弹簧成形机数控系统,为提高弹簧在线编程效率提供了一种有效的途径。
The geometric structure of spring is decomposed into three kinds of feature elements: cylinder,angle and helix. Based on the three elements,the method of how to disperse the spring's solid surface is deeply studied,and the parameterized 3D solid modeling of spring feature elements is achieved under local coordinate system. In order to complete the parameterized 3D solid modeling of spring under world coordinate,a method of combining the spring feature elements based on spatial coordinate transformation is presented. The parameterized 3D model of spring is built by the use of Qt and QpenGL. The visual modeling of complex spring is achieved by the system,and the system can conveniently combine with the CNC system of spring forming machine which provides an effective way to improve the efficiency of the spring online programming.
