零传动滚齿机热变形的仿真分析与对齿轮加工影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 零传动滚齿机运转时由于主轴热源发热,会使工件主轴与滚刀主轴受热产生变形,继而影响工件尺寸加工精度。为了研究滚齿机热变形,采用ANSYS软件对热变形进行仿真分析。运用CREO建模软件建立机床三维模型并导入ANSYS,通过理论计算得到模型的边界条件,之后选用稳态分析来确定主轴热平衡状态下的温度场分布,在此基础上进行热—结构的耦合场分析,得到主轴三维热变形量。仿真结果证明了在高精度滚齿加工机床中热变形对精度的影响十分显著,为热变形的补偿提供有力的依据。 Because of the heating on the spindle heat source,the workpiece spindle and the hobbing spindle are affected to generate deformations,which will affect the machining accuracy of the workpiece. In order to research the thermal deformation of the gear hobbing machine,ANSYS software was used to simulate thermal deformation. Using the CREO modeling software to establish three-dimensional machine model and import the ANSYS. With theoretical calculation,the boundary conditions of the model were obtained. Then choose the steady-state analysis method to determine the spindle temperature'distribution under thermal equilibrium state. Based on it,the spindle of three-dimensional thermal deformation is gotten by the heat-structure coupling field analysis method. The simulation results show that the thermal deformation has a significant effect on the precision of the high-precision gear hobbing machine,and provides a strong basis for the compensation of thermal deformation.
