某型两座标联动数控车床改造及测试系统

摘要 基于某厂的旧式重型卧式车床整体结构、静压托架及导轨、刀架导轨和磨削装置等进行改造,并搭建相应测试系统,对其主要技术参数、几何精度、噪音、温度等进行测试。功能测试结果表明,主要技术参数保持不变,几何精度有所提高,噪音、温度符合功能要求,满足生产需求,对类似车床改造具有一定参考价值。 The overall structure,static pressure bracket and guide rail,tool carriage guide rail and grinding device were reconstructed based on the old heavy-duty horizontal lathe of a factory. And the corresponding testing system was built,the main technical parameters,geometric accuracy,noise and temperature were tested. Functional test results show that the main technical parameters remain unchanged,the geometric accuracy has been improved,the noise and temperature meet the functional requirements. They all meet the production needs which has certain reference value for the similar lathe transformation.
