BOPPPS教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中临床教学查房的探讨 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨BOPPPS模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中临床教学查房中的效果。方法将在我院妇产科临床规范化培训的住院医师为对象(2016年1~12月)随机分为两组:教学实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=35)。分别采用BOPPPS教学和传统教学方法。对两组理论考试、技能操作考核及问卷调查综合测试成绩进行评估。结果教学组基础知识考试、临床技能考核、问卷调查综合测试成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。BOPPPS教学组大部分学员认为BOPPPS教学有助于学习主动性的提高、医患沟通能力的培养、临床思维的激发、学习效率的提高,同时学员们也提出BOPPPS模式压力大,花费时间及精力多,与对照组成绩有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中应用BOPPPS模式教学查房可以有助于教学质量的提高和学员综合能力的提高。 Objective To investigate the effect of BOPPPS model in the clinical teaching of ward inspection in the standardized training of residents in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Residents who participated in the standardized training in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital(January to December 2016) were randomly divided into two groups: teaching experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=35). BOPPPS teaching and traditional teaching methods were applied respectively. The comprehensive assessment scores of the theory test, skill operation test and questionnaire survey were evaluated in both groups. Results The comprehensive assessment scores of the fundamental knowledge test, clinical skill operation test and questionnaire survey in the teaching group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Most students in BOPPPS teaching group held the opinions that BOPPPS teaching could help to improve learning initiative, cultivate communication skills of doctors to patients, stimulate clinical thinking, and improve learning efficiency. At the same time, students also mentioned that the BOPPPS model had a greater pressure on them, which consumed a great number of time and energy. There were significant differences in the scores between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of BOPPPS model teaching of ward inspection in the standardized training of residents in the department of obstetrics and gynecology can contribute to the improvement of teaching quality and comprehensive ability of the trainees.
