黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗类风湿关节炎患者的疗效

Clinical Observation on Curative Effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗类风湿关节炎患者的临床效果;方法:选取2015年6月至2017年6月间广东省中医院收治的类风湿关节炎患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用单纯西药进行治疗,观察组采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,比较分析2组患者的临床治疗效果;结果:观察组患者的总有效率,临床症状和体征指标改善情况,实验室指标检测情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤加味的治疗效果好。

Objective： To explore the Huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（ RA）. Methods： A total of 100 patients with RA admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was received pure western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The clinical treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate,clinical symptoms and physical signs index,and laboratory tests of observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction has played a very good treatment effect on patients,which can be widely applied in clinical treatment.
