针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的研究

Research Progress of Acupuncture in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

过敏性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科常见的病种,以阵发性喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕等为主要临床症状,病情多久治难愈,常呈阵发性或突发性。过敏性鼻炎属于中医学"鼻鼽""鼽嚏"等范畴。西医治疗此病多采用避免疗法、抗组胺治疗、激素类治疗或异性免疫疗法,虽在一定程度有改善作用,但极易复发且有不同程度不良反应。中医药尤其是针灸疗法在治疗过敏性鼻炎有独特的优势,且方法纷呈。本文对近年来针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床研究及实验研究进行评述,总结过敏性鼻炎的针灸治疗。

Allergic rhinitis is a common disease of otolaryngology,with paroxysmal sneeze,nasal itching,nasal congestion,runny nose as the main clinical symptoms. This disease usually lasts long and cannot be cured,often with paroxysmal or sudden onset. Allergic rhinitis belongs to＂epistaxis＂and＂sneeze＂in Chinese medicine. Western medicine treatment of the disease uses avoid therapy,antihistamines therapy,hormone therapy or immunotherapy. Although to a certain extent,the treatment improves the symptom,but it easily relapses and has varying degrees of side effects. Chinese medicine,especially acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has a unique advantage,with numerous methods. In this paper,the clinical research and experimental research on acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis in recent years were reviewed,and the current situation of acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis was summarized.
