摘要
本文运用文献资料、测量、数理统计、实验等方法,以120名学生为实验对象,对实验组的学生进行16周的HIIT运动干预,每周2次,并对学生实验前后的《国家学生体质健康标准》数据进行对比分析,经过16周的篮球选项课教学,对照组学生在50米跑和跳远项目的测试结果呈现显著性差异,其它测试项目的结果对比无显著性差异.实验组学生肺活量、50米跑、仰卧起坐(女)的成绩前后对比,存在显著性差异,跳远和男子1000米跑、女子800米跑的成绩存在非常显著性差异,说明在篮球选项课中进行运动干预,能够有效提升学生的无氧耐力以及力量素质.实验组和对照组在成绩的变化程度上看,实验组学生的测试成绩较明显的优于对照组,在整体上有了较大的提升,这说明高强度间歇训练对于篮球选项课的干预过程中,真正帮助学生提高了自身的身体素质以及运动能力.
In this paper,using the methods of literature,measurement,mathematical statistics and experiment,120 students were used as subjects,and the students in the experimental group were involved in the 16 weeks HIIT movement twice a week. This paper compares and analyzes the " national students physical health standard" before and after the experiment data after 16 weeks of basketball option class teaching,test results of the control group students in 50 meters and the long jump project show significant differences,other test results show no significant difference. The experimental group had lung capacity and 50 m run. Sit-ups( female) scores before and after contrast,there are significant differences,long jump and the men's 1000-meter run,the women's 800-meter run very significant differences in grades,the exercise intervention in basketball option class,can effectively promote students' anaerobic endurance and power quality. The experimental group and control group in the grade change extent of the experimental group student test scores is obviously better than that of control group,on the whole has larger ascension,this suggests that the high-intensity intermittent training for intervention in the process of basketball option class,really help students improve their physical quality and athletic ability.
