摘要
档案用户的需求发生了一系列变化。内容需求知识化,需求定位准确性,用户需求集成化,对档案馆提供的知识服务更为严格。由此,提出档案馆知识协同的概念,以为用户提供更优质的知识化服务,并构建了档案馆知识协同的模式,以及从制度保障机制、沟通协作机制、人才培养机制三方面建立保障机制,促进档案馆知识协同的开展。
There are a series of changes in the demand of the archives users. Because of users' demands becoming more knowledgeable, accurate and integrate, their requirements of knowledge service provided by archives tend to be more strict. Therefore, this paper puts forward the concept of archives knowledge collaboration, which is aimed at providing users with better quality of knowledge services. Meanwhile, it also constructs the mode of archives knowledge collaboration and establishes the guarantee mechanism including institutional guarantee mechanism, communication and collaboration mechanism, and personnel training mechanism to promote the development of knowledge collaboration in archives.
