档案机构对社交媒体的多元化应用探究——基于NARA的调查与启示

Research on Diverse Use of Social Media by Archival Institutions——Investigation of Practice of NARA and Its Implications

社交媒体的多元化应用逐渐成为档案机构在“互联网＋”背景下创新档案工作的重要内容，为实践与研究提出了关键议题。本文将以案例研究与文本分析方法结合美国档案与文件署的实践，探讨档案机构对社交媒体多元化应用的具体情况与维度。基于分析，本文提出我国档案机构可从以下方面实现社交媒体的多元化应用：以战略性政策导向社交媒体深度应用、定性匹配工作需求与平台功能、定量分析完善社交媒体协同布局、设定针对多样化群体的应用方案。

The diversified use of social media has gradually become an important part of the archive agencies＇ innovative work in the context of ＂lnternet ＋＂, and has put forward key issues for practice and research. In this paper, the case study and text analysis method combined with the practice of the National Archives are used to explore the diverse use of social media at the specific situation and dimensions of the archive agencies. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward that the archive agencies of our country can realize the diversified use of social media from the following aspects： using strategic policy to achieve social media deep use, matching work demand and platform function qualitatively, analyzing and perfecting social media collaborative layout quantitatively, setting up application solutions aiming at diversified groups.
