摘要
培育具有工匠精神的技术技能人才是新时期职业院校的重要使命。基于烙印理论的视角,培育工匠精神实质上是给学生留下工匠精神的印记并使印记发挥持续影响的过程。被烙印者(职业院校学生)处于敏感期是工匠精神烙印的前提,复杂的情境因素是工匠精神印记的来源,基于认知认同、情感认同和行为认同,内化烙印特征形成印记是工匠精神的烙印过程。工匠精神的印记还可能发生复制、扩大以及衰退等形态变化。因循工匠精神的烙印机制,职业院校要精准定位工匠精神的烙印目的、统筹设计工匠精神的烙印过程、持续监测工匠精神的烙印结果,从而真正培育出具有工匠精神印记的高质量技术技能型人才。
Cultivating craftsmanship is a mission for vocational colleges.The imprinting theory is regarded as applicable to impressing students with the craftsmanship.The spirit is formed through complex situational factors under the impact of the cognitive,emotional and behaviorial identities.In addition,duplication,expansion and recession may occur,but the mechanisms of imprinting to standardize the aim of imprinting,design the procedure,and monitor consequences provide with priorities that enable vocational colleges to cultivate the craftsmanship.
