摘要
为了帮助高校贫困生顺利完成学业,我国先后出台了一系列的资助育人政策,逐步建立了以"奖、贷、助、补、减、勤"为主要形式的资助育人体系,开拓了多渠道的资助来源,并在一定程度上彰显了资助育人功能,为实现教育公平提供了制度上的保障。但是,当前的资助育人工作仍然存在资助对象认定不科学、育人功能不突出、资助育人机构单一和社会资助力量缺乏等问题。文章对高校资助育人工作的现状进行了分析,归纳了其存在的问题,并结合新形势提出了提升高校资助育人工作的几点建议。
In order to help the poor college students complete their studies smoothly,China has issued a series of financing policies,and gradually established financial aid system based on "award,loan,stipend,supplement,tution-relief,part-time jobs",exploited the multi-channel funding sources,which,to some extent,shows the function of educating people,and provides a system for fair education.However,there are still some problems such as unscientific identification of financial aid recipients,the function of educating people is not prominent,lack of subsidized institutions and social support.This paper summarizes the current situation and problems of students' financial aid work in colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the work in light of the new situation.
