高职院校在校企合作中的话语权研究

Research on the Discourse Power of Higher Vocational Colleges in School-Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作是高职院校一项重要工作,兼具教学与社会服务的功能,也是提高人才培养质量的重要环节。高职院校在校企合作中的话语权体现在众多方面,但是高职院校的话语权受到来自各方的压力,面临失语。文章分析了高职院校在校企合作中话语权失语的成因,探讨了提升高职院校在校企合作中的话语权的路径。

School-enterprise cooperation,with the function of teaching and social service,is an important work in higher vocational colleges.It also plays an important role in improving the quality of talents training.The discourse power of higher vocational colleges in school-enterprise cooperation is shown in many aspects,it suffers pressure from all sides,and faces aphasia.This paper analyzes the causes of the aphasia in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,explores how to reconstruct the discourse power of higher vocational colleges in the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
