摘要
在经济新常态下,分享经济被看作下一个十年商业模式变革的突破口,其中一些具有代表性的分享经济平台企业,如途家网、蚂蚁短租和小猪平台等给社会经济发展带来新的动力和启示。首先,从分享经济的来源、释义、特征和发展入手,分析分享经济的理念;其次,介绍小猪平台的发展现状,包括小猪平台的概况、核心产品、核心竞争力和商业模式;再次,讨论分享经济下小猪平台的人力资源管理模式,涉及人力资源管理的招募管理、上岗培训、绩效评估和保障计划等方面;最后,讲述分享经济下人力资源管理模式取得的发展,但仍需进一步改进和完善。
Under the new economic normal,the sharing economy is seen as a breakthrough in the transformation of business models in next decade.Some of the representative enterprises that share the economic platform,such as Tujia Network,Short-Airent for Ants and the Piglet Platform,give social and economic development zones new motivation and inspiration.First of all,starting from the source,definition,characteristics and development of the sharing economy,this paper analyzes the concept of sharing economy.Secondly,it introduces the status quo of the Piglet Platform,including the overview,core products,core competitiveness and business model.Thirdly,it discusses the human resources management mode of Piglet Platform under the economic sharing,including recruitment management,induction training,performance evaluation and assurance plan of human resources management.Finally,it tells us that the mode of human resource management in sharing economy has achieved a lot,but still needs further improvement.
