社会经济文化的日新月异从根本上提升了对当代青年发展成长的内在要求,在中国特色社会主义建设新时期的历史背景下,高职共青团工作改革要回归政治引领和后备军培养的本质属性,必须紧紧围绕提升高职学生综合素质的中心任务,通过设置模块化的组织体系、课程体系、实践体系、评价体系,四位一体实现立德树人的核心目标。

The rapid changing socioeconomic culture has fundamentally enhanced the inherent requirements for the development and growth of young people in contemporary era.Under the historical background of the new era of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,the reforms of the work of the Communist Youth League in higher vocational education must return to the essential nature of political leading and back-up force cultivation.They must focus on the central task of improving the overall quality of higher vocational students by setting up the modular organization system,curriculum system,practice system and evaluation system in quaternity to realize the core goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.
