摘要
染料废水具有色度高、成分复杂、COD(氧化需氧量)高、高毒性、水质水量变化大等特点,直接排放会造成严重的水污染。因此,有必要开展具体试验研究如何利用电化学氧化方法处理染料废水。本文以钛网为阴极,钛棒为阳极,研究了电解质种类、电解时间对模拟酸性艳绿染料废水电化学氧化的效果。试验结果表明,对于质量浓度为0.1 g/L的酸性艳绿染料废水,电化学氧化降解的最佳氧化效果的电解质为NaCl溶液,延长电解时间有利于酸性艳绿染料废水的脱色。
Dye wastewater is characterized by high chromaticity, complex components, high COD, high toxicity, and large changes in water quality and quantity. Direct discharge will cause serious water pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out specific experiments to study how to treat dye wastewater by electrochemical oxidation. In this paper, the effects of electrolyte types and electrolysis time on the electrochemical oxidation of simulated acid green green dye wastewater were studied with titanium mesh as cathode and titanium rod as anode. The experimental results show that for the acid green dye wastewater with a mass concentration of 0.1 g/L, the electrolyte of the optimum oxidation effect of electrochemical oxidation is Na Cl solution, and the prolongation of the electrolysis time is beneficial to the decolorization of the acid green dye wastewater.
