摘要
工程变更传播给工程项目的生产运作带来了风险,为了及时控制其风险,以复杂产品设计网络为切入点,构建了复杂产品设计网络节点的结构矩阵,分析了工程变更传播机理;对复杂产品设计网络中的节点进行筛选,获得Hub节点;从设计网络中的Hub节点之间的直接影响和间接影响两个角度,构建复杂产品工程变更风险分析模型;最后通过型号HFC6564-84K的船用发电机验证所提方法的合理性。
Engineering change propagation brings risks to the operation of the project,in order to control risks of complex product engineering change, basing on the complex product design network, the structure matrix of complex product design network is con- structed and the mechanism of engineering change propagation is analyzed. The nodes in the complex product design network are screened in order to obtain the Hub nodes. From the two perspectives of the direct and indirect effects of Hub nodes in the design network ,the risk analysis model of complex product engineering change is constructed. Finally, the rationality of the proposed method is verified by the model HFC656d-84K marine generator.
