摘要 地埋升降式压缩垃圾站是一种新型的城市生活垃圾中转站。为了提高其垃圾压缩箱体(简称箱体)的综合力学性能,达到轻量化的目的,以加强筋板的布置和箱体壁厚作为设计变量,设计了三种不同的加强筋板布置方案。采用ABAQUS软件进行有限元分析,优选出最佳设计方案。分析结果表明:在满足箱体工况(箱体材料许用应力为150 MPa)的条件下,其质量减少了715.8 kg,可实现箱体轻量化设计。 The municipal solid waste compacting garbage station is a new type of garbage transfer station of city life. In order to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties and achieve the purpose of lightweight for the box, Three different designs for the arrangement of stiffening rib are provided, which take the arrangement of stiffening rib and the wall thickness as design varia- bles. In the meanwhile the method of finite element analysis based on ABAQUS is adopted to optimize the design. Then the fight- weight design can be realized by reducing the weight. The results show that the weight of box reduce by 715.8 kg.
