摘要
针对复杂形状产品的雕铣加工过程中由于形状复杂带来刀具运动过程复杂和小型刀具容易折断等因素,导致加工效率低、加工成本高、加工质量不易控制等系列问题,提出了一种以刀具为核心的复杂形状产品雕铣加工优化方法。首先,分析了复杂形状产品雕铣加工特点及刀具的特性,建立了复杂形状产品雕铣加工的刀具模型;在此基础上,建立了刀具确定状态下工艺参数优化模型;然后,提出了应用粒子群优化算法对刀具确定状态下工艺参数优化模型进行寻优求解的方案;最后,通过优化实例,验证了所提方法的可行性和实用性。上述方法已在生产实际中得到了应用,并展示了较好的应用前景。
In view of the problems of low machining efficiency, high machining cost, and bad machining quality in complex shape product engraving and milling because of the complex tool motion caused by the complex shape and small tool is easy to break, an optimization method with cutting tools as the core for engraving and milling complex shape product was proposed. First, the char- acteristics of complex shape product and the special characteristics of cutting tools were analyzed and a cutting tools model of complex shape product engraving and milling was put forward. On this basis, the model of processing parameters optimization in cutting tools determined condition was established. Then, the particle swarm optimization algorithm was introduced for the optimal solution of the model of processing parameters optimization in cutting tools determined condition. Finally, an optimization case was given to verify the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method. The above method has been applied to the actual produc- tion, and shows a good application prospect.
