摘要
由于某厂设计生产的吐丝机样机在试运行过程中发生了剧烈振动,基于此对吐丝机样机转子进行振动测试和频谱分析,找出产生振动的主要原因。基于有限元的模态分析方法对吐丝机转子进行了分析,计算出临界转速,应用SAMCEF Rotor求解器对吐丝机转子进行不平衡响应分析,结合吐丝机结构得到了合适的配平平面,运用刚性转子动平衡理论对吐丝机转子进行了配平并满足了使用要求,对比现场动平衡方法有明显优势。
Violent vibration occurred in the process of test run on laying head which a plant designed. Analysis of vibration test and spectrum was carried out. The modal of the rotor was analyzed based on FEM. Critical speed was calculated. Unbalanced re- sponse was analyzed by SAMCEF Rotor. Equilibrium planes were calculated combined with the structure of laying head, which provide reference on dynamic balanced trim of rotor. The trim of the rotor was done by dynamic balance theory of rigid rotor, which has obvious advantages over the field dynamic balancing method.
