摘要
为深入分析圆锥过盈配合连接性能,以某柴油机曲轴减振器圆锥过盈配合连接为例,建立圆锥过盈配合理论模型,推导出圆锥过盈配合的结合直径表达式,得出圆锥过盈配合扭矩传递与接触压力计算公式。利用ANSYS软件模拟曲轴和主轮毂的过盈配合,针对不同过盈量、摩擦因数和转速,分析曲轴和主轮毂过盈配合接触面间接触压力分布情况。结果表明,过盈量和转速对接触压力影响明显。曲轴静止时,过盈量与接触压力呈线性关系,摩擦因数对接触压力分布影响较小。
In order to further analyze the connection performance of cone interference fit joint, taking the cone interference fit joint of a diesel engine crankshaft vibration damper for example, the combining diameter expression of cone interference joint was de- duced and the formula of contact pressure and the torque transmit of interference fit was obtained through establishing interference fitted theory model, The interference fitting of crankshaft and the main hub was simulated and analyzed by using ANSYS. The effects of fit tolerance, coefficient of friction ,rotational speed and the contact stress distribution on the mating surfaces were dis- cussed in the numerical computation. The result showed that the effects of fit tolerance and rotational speed are obvious ; the fit tolerance has a linear relation with the contact stress and the coefficient of friction has little effects for the distribution of contact pressure at the crankshaft resting.
