石棉纤维热阻式沥青路面性能研究

摘要 为减缓高温地区沥青路面车辙病害,文中研究提出向沥青混合料中掺加石棉纤维的方法。对不同掺量,包括0.2%、0.3%、0.4%和0.5%掺量的石棉纤维沥青混合料和AC-13沥青混合料,进行热阻性能试验、车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验和小梁弯曲试验,研究石棉纤维掺量对沥青混合料热阻性能、高温性能、水稳性能及低温性能的影响。结果表明:石棉纤维能有效改善沥青混合料的热阻性能,试件最大温差较AC-13混合料低4.3℃;同时,石棉提高了沥青混合料的动稳定度和低温抗变形能力,改善了沥青的高、低温性能。最后综合考虑对沥青混合料热阻性能及路用性能的影响,推荐采用石棉纤维的剂量为0.4%。 In order to reduce rutting of asphalt pavement in high temperature area,this study comes up with adding asbestos fiber into asphalt mixture.In this paper,five kinds of AC-13 asphalt mixture with dosage of asbestos fiber at 0%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4% and 0.5% are prepared,then the thermal resistance test,rutting test, Marshall immersion test,freeze thaw resistance test and beam bending test are conducted to study the influence of asbestos fiber dosage on thermal resistance property,high and low temperature properties and water stability performance of asphalt mixtures.The results indicate that asbestos fiber can effectively improve the thermal resistance property of asphalt mixture,temperature difference of the asphalt mixture specimen with asbestos fiber reaches to 4.3℃ compared to specimen without asbestos fiber.Simultaneously,asbestos fiber also increases dynamic stability and ability of resisting bending deformation under low temperature,which hence improve the high and low temperature properties.Finally considering the influence of asbestos fiber on both thermal resistance property and pavement properties of asphalt mixture,the optimum dosage of asbestos fiber at 0.4% is recommended.
