新时代中国特色生态文明建设的核心要义

党的十九大报告作出了中国特色社会主义进入新时代的重大判断,为实现社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴提供了理论指引和根本遵循,生态文明建设也被赋予了新内涵、提出了新要求。本文从五个维度,对于新时代中国特色生态文明建设的核心要义进行解读。在战略内涵上,生态文明建设已成为中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分;在目标导向上,顺应社会变革,以人民为中心,把民生福祉作为生态文明建设的落脚点;在制度优势上,中国的生态文明建设超越绿色资本主义,彰显社会主义制度的优越性;在动力机制上,寄望于提供优质生态产品,释放生态红利;在国际定位上,中国要做全球生态文明建设的参与者、贡献者和引领者。
