供给侧改革下物流全域云平台构建

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,经济转向高质量发展阶段。供给侧结构性改革深入推进,而现代物流业也离不开供给侧结构性改革,亟需加强物流平台基础设施网络建设。现有文献研究了供给侧改革下物流信息平台和物流企业的发展策略,较少有学者在整合现有物流信息平台的基础上研究物流全域云平台的建设。本文在分析供给侧改革下现有物流信息平台面临的挑战与发展的基础上,提出构建物流全域云平台,并给出供给侧改革下物流全域云平台创新发展的对策:政企合作助力布局物流全域云平台,链接政府物流信息及数据共享平台;物流机器人协同发展,强化平台智能化管理服务;物流先进技术开源化,以期提高物流业的运作效率,使物流业成为供给侧改革的先行军。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, the economy has turned to the stage of high-quality development, the supply-side structural reform has been advanced deeply, and the modern logistics industry is inseparable from the supply-side structural reform. It is urgent to strengthen the infrastructure network construction of logistics platform. The existing literature has studied the development strategy of logistics information platform and logistics enterprises under supply-side reform. Few scholars study the construction of logistics global cloud platform on the basis of integrating existing logistics information platform. Based on the analysis of the challenges and development of the existing logistics information platform under the supply-side reform, this paper proposes to construct a global logistics cloud platform. The countermeasures of the innovation and development of the global logistics cloud platform under the supplyside reform are also given. Cooperation between government and enterprises to help layout logistics full-area cloud platform by linking Government logistics information and data sharing platform; Collaborative Development of Logistics Robot to promote Intelligent Management Service of platform; The advanced logistics technology is open-source in order to improve the efficiency of logistics industry and make it become the leading force of supply-side reform.
