基于Geo DA的山东省县级卫生资源配置空间分析

Spatial Analysis of County-level Health Resources Allocation in Shandong Province Based on Geo DA

目的:探讨山东省县级医疗卫生资源配置的空间分布及集聚特征,促进卫生资源的优化配置。方法:应用Geo DA软件,采用全域和局域空间自相关分析对山东省县级卫生资源配置进行空间分析。结果:山东省县级医疗资源空间配置不均衡,整体呈现中部和东部较高的态势;全局自相关分析结果显示,每千人口医疗机构数和每千人口机构床位数与地理空间不相关,呈现随机分布,而每千人口卫生技术人员数、每千人口执业(助理)医师数和人均医疗费用存在空间自相关性,局部医疗卫生资源配置不均衡。结论:山东省县级卫生资源配置具有明显的地域分布规律。政府应当重视资源配置低水平地区,加大投入,促进各地区均衡发展,提高医疗卫生资源配置的公平性;借助医联体、分级诊疗盘活现有卫生资源,优化卫生资源配置。

Objective To explore the spatial distribution and clustering of the county - level health resource allocation in Shandong, and to promote the optimal allocation of health resources. Methods Based on Geo DA, the global autocorrelation analysis and local spatial autocorrelation analysis were used to explore the county - level health resource allocation in Shandong. Results The spatial allocation of medical resources at county level in Shandong province is unbalanced and the overall show of the central and eastern higher trend. The results of the global autocorrelation analysis show that the number of medical institutions per thousand population and the number of beds per thousand population are not related to the geographical space and are randomly distributed, and the number of health technicians per thousand population, the number of practitioners （assistants） per thousand population medical expenses exist spatial autocorrelation. Local medical and health resources allocation is unbalanced. Conclusion The county -level health resource allocation in Shandong is obvious geographical distribution. The government should pay attention to low - level resource allocation region, increase investment, promote the balanced development of all regions, and improve equitable allo- cation of health resources. With the medical union, graded clinics revitalize the existing health resources to promote the optimal al- location of health resources.
