医学科学的复杂性以及患者认知的有限理性,患者的医疗风险感知通常会对其临床决策的科学性、合理性产生非同小可的影响。因此,研究患者的医疗风险感知不仅对患者临床决策有价值,而且对促进医患关系的和谐具有重要意义。"风险感知"的概念提出至今,半个多世纪以来,研究者们围绕着消费者的风险感知进行了广泛的研究。但"医疗风险感知"的研究却是近10年来卫生管理的新课题。无论是有关医疗风险感知的维度、测量方法、影响因素,还是其对临床决策的作用机制,相关研究仍处在不断深入之中。

Medical science and the complexity of cognition in patients with limited rationality, medical risk perception pa- tients usually affect the scientificity and rationality of the clinical decision no trivial matter. Therefore, the study of patient perceived medical risk is valuable not only for clinical decision - making, but also for promoting the harmony between doctors and patients. Since the concept of risk perception has been put forward so far, more than half a century, researchers have conducted a wide range of research on consumer perception of risk. But the study of ＂medical risk perception＂ has been a new topic of health management in the past 10 years. Whether its related dimensions of medical risk perception, measurement methods, influencing factors, or the mechanism of its impact on clinical decision - making, the related research is still in depth.
