摘要
阐述LPG气化混气系统主要设备及两种工艺流程。对比先加压后气化和先气化后加压两种工艺流程防结焦和能耗方面的性能,在应用Aspen Plus软件对工艺流程进行模拟的基础上,指出第2种工艺流程可避免结焦、降低LPG气化器、混合器压力,两种工艺流程能耗相差不大。通过分别控制蒸汽调节阀开度、气化器进液调节阀的开度来实现气化器出口温度、压力的稳定更为可靠;与随动流量控制相比,同步指令控制更能缩短调节时间,减小混合气热值和压力的波动,提高系统的稳定性。
The key equipment and two techno- logical processes of LPG vaporization and blending system are elaborated. Comparing the anti-coking and en- ergy consumption performance of the two processes: first pressurized then vaporized and the first vaporized then pressurized, the two processes are simulated by Aspen Plus software, and the results show that the second process can avoid coking and reduce the pressure of the LPG vaporizer and blender, and there is no sig- nificant difference in the energy consumption between the two processes. The reliable stability of the outlet temperature and pressure of the vaporizer is achieved by controlling the opening of the steam control valve and the vaporizer inlet valve. Compared with the following flow control, the synchronous command control can shorten the adjusting time, reduce the fluctuation of the heat value and pressure of the mixture gas, and improve the stability of the system.
