摘要
利用数值计算模型中的板模型、Fluent模拟、现场实验3种方式研究LNG储罐泄漏爆炸极限扩散范围,进行对比分析。板模型计算得出,当泄漏量为0.12 kg/s时,爆炸范围约为3.47~11.39 m。Fluent模拟得出泄漏量为0.04 kg/s时,爆炸范围约为1.25~9.6 m;泄漏量为0.12 kg/s时,爆炸范围约为3.6~12.0 m;泄漏量为0.20 kg/s时,爆炸范围约为5.0~14.0 m。实验得出泄漏量为0.12 kg/s时,爆炸范围约为3.5~11.5 m。板模型、Fluent模拟、现场实验3种方式对比得出,泄漏量为0.12 kg/s时,3种方式的LNG泄漏扩散体积分数范围基本一致。
