摘要
以某种磁性功能组件的加工为背景,采用BNi2钎料,对1J22软磁合金和0Cr18Ni9钢进行了真空钎焊及热处理一体化工艺研究。通过金相、能谱、磁性能分析等手段,分析一体化工艺对组件连接和磁性能的影响。结果表明,BNi2钎料对两种母材均表现出良好的润湿性,钎缝表面光亮,组织致密。1J22合金晶粒长大且均匀化,磁性能得到优化并满足要求。该一体化工艺能够稳定质量,提高效率,节约能源,降低生产成本,可推广至所有磁性功能组件的加工。
Take the processing of a magnetic functional component as the background, the integrative process of vacuum brazing and heat treatment for 1 J22 and 0 Cr18 Ni9 with BNi2 filler metal was studied. Through the metallographic, energy spectrum and magnetic properties analysis, the effect of the integrative process on the connection and magnetic properties of the component was analyzed. The results show that the BNi2 filler metal has excellent wettability to the two base metals. The surface of brazing seam is bright and the structure is compact. The grain of the 1 J22 alloy grows and homogenizes, and the magnetic properties are optimized and meet the requirements. The integrative process can stabilize quality, improve efficiency,save energy and reduce production cost. It can be extended to the processing of all magnetic functional components.
