摘要
以某钢厂120 t单孔底吹氩钢包为研究对象,利用ANSYS-FLUENT软件对不同吹氩条件下钢包内钢液的流场进行数值模拟,并预测混匀时间。结果表明,吹孔位置位于1/2R处,氩气流量为100 L/min时,钢液的混匀时间最短,钢包内钢液的搅拌效果最好。
Taking a 120 t bottom-blowing argon ladle with single hole as the research object, the flow field of molten steel in the ladle under different argon blowing conditions was simulated by using ANSYS-FLUENT software and the mixing time were predicted. The results show that when the blowing hole position is 1/2 R and the argon flow rate is 100 L/min, the mixing time of molten steel is the shortest and the stirring effect of molten steel in the ladle is the best.
