摘要 美标C95400铝青铜在国内很少使用。在某防爆电机C95400铝青铜壳体铸造和加工过程出现了一些问题,如气密性差、缩松缩孔严重等。对C95400铝青铜进行材料分析,并借鉴其他铝青铜的铸造方法,通过铸造工艺和加工工艺的改进,较好解决了这些问题,为以后该材料的使用奠定了良好的基础。 C95400 American standard aluminum bronze is rarely used in China. There were some problems in the casting and processing of an explosion-proof motor C95400 aluminum bronze shell, such as poor tightness, shrinkage porosity and so on. The material analysis of C95400 aluminum bronze was carried out and the casting method of other aluminum bronze was used for reference, these problems were solved through the improvement of casting process and processing technology. It laid a good foundation for the use of this material in future.
