摘要
采用不同的充型速度进行了AZ80Ce镁合金汽车制件的铸锻复合成形,并进行了力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随充型速度从30 mm/s增加至150 mm/s,AZ80Ce镁合金汽车制件的抗拉强度、屈服强度和耐腐蚀性能均先提高后下降。优化的充型速度为120 mm/s。
The casting-forging compound forming of AZ80 Ce magnesium alloy automobile parts was carried out by using different filling speeds, and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that with filling speed increasing from 30 mm/s to 150 mm/s, the tensile strength, yield strength and corrosion resistance of AZ80 Ce magnesium alloy automobile parts firstly increase and then decrease. The optimized filling speed is 120 mm/s.
