摘要
以不同粒径的Mg O颗粒制备氧化钙坩埚炉衬,研究了Mg O颗粒配比、坩埚与金属液温差等对坩埚性能和使用寿命的影响。结果表明:采用60%~70%的4.0~1.5 mm和30%~40%的〈1.0 mm的Mg O颗粒配比作为坩埚炉衬材料具有较好性能,获得的炉衬致密度较高、热稳定性能更好。在500℃保温3 h进行坩埚除气处理,熔炼过程中坩埚与金属液温差小于600℃可延长坩埚使用寿命。
The calcium oxide crucible lining was prepared by using Mg O particles with different particle sizes, and the effects of Mg O particle ratio, temperature difference between crucible and molten melt on the properties and service life of the crucible were studied. The results show that the Mg O particles of 4.0-1.5 mm with 60%-70% and that of〈 1.0 mm with 30%-40% as the crucible lining materials has good properties, and the obtained lining has higher density and better thermal stability. Degassing treatment of the crucible at 500℃for 3 h, and temperature difference between the crucible and molten melt less than 600℃ can prolong the service life of the crucible.
