摘要 研究了一种风电用大型铸钢件定轴的铸造及热处理工艺。通过对产品结构、质量性能要求分析,以及数值模拟分析,设计了稳流防渣专用浇注系统、发热保温冒口和双层隔砂冷铁,有效地解决了产品的铸造缺陷,采用正火+喷雾冷却的热处理工艺,使产品性能达到设计要求。 The casting and heat treatment processes of a large cast steel fixed shaft for wind power were studied. Through analysis of product structure, quality and performance requirements and the numerical simulation, the slagging prevention gating system for steady flow,the exothermic riser and double-layer insulated cold iron were designed, and the casting defects of the product were solved. The application of normalizing and spray cooling heat treatment make the product meet the design perfomance requirments.
