摘要
采用焊条电弧焊在50 mm厚的Q345R板材上进行尿素级不锈钢焊材的堆焊试验,焊接材料采用E310Mo-15不锈钢焊条。对堆焊层的耐腐蚀性能和力学性能进行了测试,对堆焊工艺参数进行了工艺评定。结果表明,所选的焊接材料及工艺参数合理。经拉伸试验、弯曲试验和晶间腐蚀等试验检测,堆焊层的各项性能均合格;金相检查发现的少数缺陷均在标准规定的合格范围内。焊接工艺评定合格,可实现在碳钢板材上进行尿素级不锈钢焊材堆焊。
The surfacing test of urea-grade stainless steel welding material on the 50 mm thick Q345 R plate was carried out by using electrode welding, and the welding material is E310 Mo-15 stainless steel electrode. The corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the surfacing layer were tested, and the surfacing process parameters were evaluated. The results show that the selected welding material and process parameters are reasonable. The tensile test, bending test and intergranular corrosion test results show that the properties of the surfacing layer are qualified, and a few of the defects found in metallographic examination are within the standard qualified range. The welding process is qualified, and it can be used to realize the surfacing of urea-grade stainless steel material on carbon steel plate.
