摘要 用板厚19 mm的Q345R+S31603不锈钢复合板制造真空闪蒸罐,通过对比板材成分、力学和物理性能差异,分析其焊接性。设计了筒体对接及管件角接的坡口形式,选定罐体各接头的焊材及工艺参数,其中复合钢板基层焊材为J507和H10Mn2,复层焊材A022,过渡层焊材A042。过渡层和复层用小线能量多道焊,层间温度60~80℃。焊接试样经力学性能和化学成分评定合格,焊缝质量经无损检测合格。 The vacuum flash tank was manufactured with 19 mm thick Q345 R+S31603 stainless steel composite plate.By comparing the chemical composition, mechanical and physical properties of the plate, the weldability was analyzed. The grooves of barrel butt joint and pipe angle joint were designed, and welding material and technological parameters of each connector of the tank were selected respectively. The welding materials of the composite steel base plate were J507 and H10 Mn2, the welding materials of cladding and transition layer were A022 and A042, respectively. The transition layer and cladding layer were welded with multipass and small heat input, the interpass temperature was 60-80℃. The test samples of welding samples were qualified by mechanical properties and chemical composition tests, and the weld quality was qualified by non-destructive testing.
